Please briefly describe your exhibit display and list what type of materials you will be distributing.

If you would like to give out food samples at your booth, please fill out the food sampling form here. Selling food at your booth is permitted so long as the food is sold in prepackaged containers and is not an individual serving of food. Food must be taken back to the hotel room and cannot be consumed in the exhibit hall. Food may also be purchased and shipped at a later date by the organization. Please note: food sampled or sold can only be products of the exhibiting company (example: a book company cannot have food samples at their booth just to draw people there).

Please list the ways your exhibit meets the objective of the ASI Exhibit Hall.

Please write a brief and interesting reason why an ASI participant should visit your booth. This "sales pitch" will be included in your exhibit profile under the Exhibitor List.

Each exhibitor who reserves a booth at the ASI convention with go through a review process before your exhibitor space is approved. If your exhibitor application is not accepted you will be refunded.
