. Selling food at your booth is permitted so long as the food is sold in prepackaged containers and is not an individual serving of food. Food must be taken back to the hotel room and cannot be consumed in the exhibit hall. Food may also be purchased and shipped at a later date by the organization. Please note: food sampled or sold can only be products of the exhibiting company (example: a book company cannot have food samples at their booth just to draw people there).
